Privacy notice
This notice explains what we do with the information you give us through this website. It is deliberately short, because we do very little with it.
Who we are
Brick Rip And Dig Ltd, company number 16886622, of 71 First Floor, Market Street, Birkenhead, Wirral, Merseyside, CH41 6AN. We are the data controller for information submitted through this site.
What we collect
When you submit the quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you are interested in and whatever you write in the message box. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email we hold whatever you send us there.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, deliver and administer the work. That is our legitimate interest as a business responding to a request you made. We do not sell your details, share them with marketing companies, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted within twelve months. Records relating to work we carried out are kept for six years, which is the period during which a claim could be brought and the period our accountants and insurers require.
Who else sees it
Our form submissions are processed by a third-party form provider and reach us by email. Where a job requires it we may share relevant details with a structural engineer, Building Control, a licensed waste carrier or a specialist subcontractor. We do not share anything beyond what that party needs.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are added in future this notice will be updated and a cookie banner shown before any non-essential cookie is set.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@brickripanddig.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
